Munster Tech Centre honour the ‘Right to Cancel’ option for all orders within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as said items are un-opened, unused, in original sealed packaging and in re-saleable condition. If seal is broken or device has been activated, then we cannot accept the device for refund.
We test all our pre-owned devices and ensure that they are 100% functional. Batteries are tested to be above 80%. We encourage all our customers to inspect and test their devices at the time of purchase. Please note that we will not cover any device under warranty if we find any damage or distress (i.e., scratches, dents, cracks, broken parts) or any other kind of physical damage to the device. Please check front, back and sides of your phone to make sure are no marks, scratches, dents or damage on phone before bringing or sending the phone to us for warranty repair.
Our warranty covers all manufacturing faults, not self-inflicted damage or distress to the device. Accidental damage voids all warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, etc. (for example if the screen is broken but the device is not charging or signal is low), device will not be covered as this is physical damage to the device which could be caused by distress.
All batteries are tested to be above 80% capacity. Our warranty covers a defective battery, not everyday usage of the battery where the cycles will decrease over time. Sometimes in this case, we will need to take the device into our lab for testing for up to 72 hours to test if the battery is defective or if it is down to general usage.
Any repair carried out by a third party voids the warranty!
